I was little disappointed the kiosk didn't accept my coupon code since it doesn't expire for a couple months, but I'll just use it next time. Restaurant was clean, and service was fast. Food was delicious, as always.

They throw brand new cups in the garbage "per policy". Ordered breakfast, asked do I get my cup here or at the window? I was then given a cup. My food came with a cup sitting next to it. I said I already have a cup so the employee threw that cup in the garbage. I asked why and was told it was policy. How many times do you think that happens a day across every Panera?
