Why do the glazed donuts specifically from this location always come out looking like they’ve got a bad sunburn?? The glaze is thin and hard and flakes off like dead skin. I’ve had glazed donuts from this shop a handful of times thinking maybe it was a newbie making a mistake or something but it’s pretty consistent.

Very poor customer service from man working drive thru today 5/26/26 around 11:50 AM. I can handle Dunkin being out of bagels. What I can’t understand is the unnecessary attitude from the drive thru employee when I asked a simple follow-up question. Saying “That’s what I just said” in a rude tone to a customer is completely unprofessional. Definitely not the kind of service that makes people want to come back.

Absolutely stellar experience—if your goal is to feel completely invisible. I get it, life is unbelievably difficult. Greeting an actual, paying customer? Clearly a monumental task. Making eye contact? Let’s not get crazy. A simple “hello”? That’s asking way too much from the overworked philosophers behind the counter.
