I don't know how the Heckle Blvd store in rock hill sc stays open.They are constantly out of everything. Takes forever to get through the drive thru. Menu is great ,food is good except sometimes. I personally think they need new management. How can these problems be constant. Good management would not allow this.

Ordered 3 double jack burgers, they only had I patty each, large curly fry wasn't there. Waited 25 minutes in the drive through. Customer service is nonexistent. Even with the receipt... avoid this place unless you're about to die from starvation.

It was okay. We did receive our order in a timely manner however part of our food was just thrown together. She gave us 4 sauces for 10 tacos, we had to ask for more. That seem to be a problem. We asked for sour cream and she replied very nasty that they didn't have any. She gave us one ketchup....wth?! And the loaded fries just looked thrown together!! We are out of towers, so we definitely won't have to visit thus place again!!
