Took my grandkids for a treat at McDonald’s.We ordered our food with no one in the restaurant at 5:10. We received our food at 5:28. The food was cold. Every table in the play area was dirty. We needed to clean our own table. We had no time to sit and eat Because we waited so long for our food. We had to pack up our stuff to go. The manager was walking around, giving out free drinks of strawberry lemonade. Not concerned about the mess of the place or food service. We spent $28 on cold food that we had to eat in a hurry in the car. Do better!

Update February 28th 2026. If there's an award for the worst McDonald's in the entire state of Texas this one should win. I ordered a simple cheeseburger from the app for pick up at the counter. When I arrived there was no one to help me. there was one small bag on the shelf with no name no ticket ... nothing I waited almost 5 minutes for someone to finally come out and be extremely rude to me and say" our printer is broken and yes that's your food". I said well it would have been nice if you guys could use this amazing invention called an ink pen and write my name on it or simply respond wh

Since they remodeled, this place has gone downhill fast. From kids high at the window to drinks that aren't filled up and they refuse to top off. Like its a drink and I just want a full cup. Sonic right by here is a solid alternative option. 👌

But after repeated experiences at this McDonald's location, I feel compelled to say something so others know what to expect. I pulled into the drive-thru and was the only car in line. Normally, I avoid this location entirely if there are cars present because the wait times are consistently long, but seeing it empty gave me some hope.
