This place is usually slow paced but it's the closet to my job so I'm kinda forced to stopped if I don't want to make coffee at home. This morning, i went in to retrieve my mobile order, the young lady at the counter asked my name. She looked in an open bag, tossed it towards me then proceeded to make what I'll assume was my coffee, and put it on the counter as well. If not for my name on the cup and bag, I wouldn't know it was mine. She just talked away, I was like, oh okay.

I come here every morning and every morning I’m disappointed. There’s a young lady at the drive through who might have a hard time understanding English (not her fault by any means) but each morning my order isn’t correct. Constantly forgetting things or I have to add onto my order at the drive thru. This morning my sandwich had a cold slice of cheese and cold egg on it. That’s terrible. I chose dunkin over Starbucks out of personal ethics but I’m so disappointed in this location.

I love Dunkin's croissant sandwiches, and like to get the $6 meal. Today's visit was a disappointment, you can see by pics my sandwich was too brown and crispy 😖. The floor after I was done eating was a mess cause crumbs were everywhere.(not my fault) whoever had to sweep it up. The pic on menu makes them look so delish, not like the over toasted mess I got.😵‍💫

I don't understand why this franchise enforces a timed seating period for paying customers when the store is empty. This makes no sense. They act like it's Applebee's and servers need the table. Starbucks doesn't care how long one sits inside, whether it's crowded or slow. This franchise is going to lose a strong customer base by enforcing a silly policy.
