Yesterday was my first time going there, and I will not be going back. I saw a promotion online where if you spend $15 and you have a new account you can get a free cheeseburger. I ordered over $15 worth of food and the app was not working properly so I called and spoke with the manager and she said that sometimes the app does not work very well and if I wanted to just come in and tell her what cheeseburger I wanted, she would make it for me. First time visiting this location. Great wings, great service. My waitress, Bonnie, I think, was awesome. Food came out fast and hot. Garlic parm wings. I was very surprised at how big the wings were! I'll be back.

We try hard as a family to give this place a chance, I think tonight was the nail in the coffin though. Best waitress we've had tonight, (Kay) was great. Other than that It's only gotten worse and worse since opening. Unless you want fries chicken do not come here. I've had the street tacos and nachos both with slimy rotten cilantro on them. Nachos served cold and peppers tasted fishy and past their prime. If you order a beer it may take 30 minutes to receive. I've never seen a brand new business be so terrible. Managers and kitchen staff should be cleaned out. God bless the waitresses trying

We wanted dinner here. It was busy when we walked in, but then quickly cleared out within 15 minutes. The hostess told us that it was going to be a 30 minute wait, but we waited for over an hour. There were many 10+ empty tables throughout the store and we still weren’t seated. The hostesses never came to check up on us and there was quickly a crowd in the lobby. Everyone behind us never even got checked up on by a hostess. The hostesses and waitresses were all crowded around the computer system just giggling and talking. We ended up being seated in a booth that was empty for over 45 minutes.
