I visited your establishment to purchase a family meal and was disappointed by the level of professionalism displayed by the staff. While my family and I were waiting for our food, employees in the back were openly complaining and speaking negatively throughout the process. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere and negatively impacted our dining experience. I believe additional training in customer service, professionalism, and workplace etiquette would help improve the overall experience for customers. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to ensure a more welcoming environment

My husband was craving fried fish on a Sunday and his favorite place was closed. We googled Seafood and found this home cooked gem! All the food was hot and fresh and tasted like someone’s grandma was cooking in the kitchen. From the workers at the counter to the men in the back, everyone was courteous and friendly during our visit. We all had to get to go boxes because they give you such large portions. Thanks again!

This is an awesome Captain D’s. The restaurant is always clean. The staff is very polite and friendly. We appreciated being able to stop here on the way to Houston. The food is always fresh and good. This is a better alternative for seafood to the other chains. Better food IMO and better prices.
