Marilyn Rizzo★Up until 2 days ago, I really loved this place. The Italian sub was my favorite. Suddenly it is only a few slices of deli meat and cheese. It no longer has lettuce, tomato, oil and vinegar, hots or oregano. Two days ago, those were all included. When I called to inquire about it, I was told that the sandwiches never included those things. Except that every sandwich I ordered included them. I guess I'll stop ordering food from Checkmate. Bummer! I used to order fairly often. Their loss, as I'll spend my money elsewhere.
Michael Manning★I've never had so much garlic on a slice of pizza in my life, and checkmate was always good. I'm not sure i didn't have time to get a no-name, but that's my only go-to there. Considering I haven't been there in years, you always have to think a slice is safe
