Order a breakfast sandwich the croissant was burnt on the edges but the worst part. Took a bite of the sandwich to find the paper from the cheese was still on it. Took it back to find out the manager had made the sandwich. She had the audacity to say she thought she had taken it off like that was going to make it better. I asked for a refund not another sandwich. I do not recommend this place, if the manager can't make a simple sandwich how can you train your employees.

Nice place. Too bad the people have an attitude like they don’t want to be here. At least today on Sunday morning they did. No one acknowledged me as I came in or as I stood in line. Then when the female cashier approached she just stared at me lol I’ll stick to my regular location on Centerville. This one is horrible.

If I could give zero stars I would. They really need to hire better staff and not teenagers. They need to retrain their staff. Avoid this Dunkin. My drink literally tasted like water terrible. My order was a cold brew, 2 toasted almond shots, and almond milk. I will stick with Starbucks.

this place is ALWAYS a hit or miss....I always get the same thing and they always either add too much sugar, or FORGET to add cream as if plain syrup and coffee base is good...it either comes out to taste sour and nasty and other times it can be good. Their donuts are good but thats a once in a blue moon. I hate when I go through the drive thru and take a sip and its nasty bc I have to walk in and ask for it to be redone but it taste the same and still non-drinkable. They need to have new staff instead of these teens/young adults who dont know what their doing or how to treat people with respe
