My order didn't meet expectations! I ordered a 7 Piece Jalapeño Poppers and received only 5 Pieces. I ordered 4 Ranch Dressings and received none (0) to accompany my Jalapeño Poppers and 8 Piece Nuggets. Im definitely #NotSatisfied! I thought after the wait time and pulling around the front as requested, my order would be correct. I was wrong!

I left before I got anything. When I placed my order in the drive thru, I was told they did not have any bowls- I was ordering the Chicken Teriyaki bowl. Ok, I was looking at the board to get something else. Then I was told their coke was flat and what other drink did I want. There were no other drinks they offered that my spouse would drink. Since they asked about another drink, I guess all coke canisters in the store were flat. I left. This is the first time I have ever gone through a drive thru without getting an order. It will be a little bit before we try there again.

The service was good, but the food quality was warm. I got the homestyle ranch chicken with small curly fries. But the sandwhich patty seem dry and fries was warm, little cold.

i came through the drive through around 10:30 pm to order food but they said it was no cook, so maybe close next time you’re understaffed
