Waited nearly 30 minutes to be sat. Was sat by a "manager" order was taken by said "manager" and it seemed good. Drinks were nice- food wasn't a terribly long wait but when the food runner came out with our order no napkins or silverware were even offered and sauces requested were not provided until we stopped another server to inquire. By the time we were able to get to eat our meal it was cold and inedible.

We ordered 20 wings, got 15, ordered a burger meal and didn't get a burger. Should have looked at the rating of this store before ordering and checked the order before driving over 30 mins home 🙄 Called to see what they could do and all they could offered us a gift card that we would have to drive over 30 mins away for. Super disappointed.

Kamea was our server. She quickly sat us down and took our order which was great but was the only good thing about our experience. It took almost 15 mins to get our drinks and once our food came out she never checked in to see how we were. At one point there was no servers at all in sight and 3 parties waiting to get seated. All of them came out of the kitchen and were gathered talking. I had to wave down another server to ask for a refill and when we finished eating we placed our trays near the edge hoping to get our servers attention. So I have not ate here in many years however I was craving wings tonight so I decided to order food. I did a bundle deal which was 15/15 boneless wings and traditional with a large fry, I also ordered my son a three piece chicken strip and cheese curds. When I got there the food wasn’t ready right away which is completely fine, they said about ten min so I went outside and waited went back in and was handed my bag of food, went to my car to check the bag to make sure everything was in it and noticed immediately that they had not put in one of the 5 piece boneless boxes there were only two boxe
