See photos and captions for the amazing foods. When we told the manager - Austin that all was great except the crawfish was not visible in the crawfish etoufee as it had disintegrated into the sauce, he immediately offered to take it off the bill. Since we already ate half of it, we did not want to make a big deal. Austin being an exceptional and personable manager, give us a dessert instead - best ever percan pie with ice
