I'm here at dinner rush 5:30 pm on Monday. The people working inside are informing everyone there's only two people working right now. The drive thru is backed up around the corner. Multiple cars are pulling in to get food in the stalls. Who ever owns this place is failing the workers and their customers. Whether they didn't schedule enough people or people quit from a bad work environment this isn't sustainable for the bottom line of any company. This is not a one off event. Our family has come here a few times and each time has been a poor experience. Usually takes 45 minutes to get food that’s not incredible. This last time food was fast but we got blasts that had the candy on top but little to none mixed in. When we asked for a bit more of the candy we were told they had to charge us for me. We paid almost $60 for our food and find it ridiculous we paid almost $6 a piece of just small ice creams essentially. The fries were over cooked, and the staff was rude. We’ve tried to give several different chances and this will be the last time we come to this location.

This is a pretty good place. Honestly who goes to sonic for food? I mean I don't thier prices are a little expensive for the quality and quantity you get. But I do like thier drinks and the fact they have a mini cause it the perfect size for me with some of their sugary drinks. I love thier ice cream its tastitastic.

Customer service was phenomenal, slushy’s were not quite mixed up like usual, While receiving our food, mozzarella sticks were great, but then noticed my medium order of onion rings only had two onion rings inside. I was a bit bummed as those are my favorite. The price for everything was a bit outrageous as I Paid $33 for everything which was not a lot. I feel like taking your time and waiting a bit longer Can always make things a bit better instead of rushing and not giving people the stuff they pay for,
