We always have amazing experiences at our local CAVA back home. Unfortunately, we had a completely different experience while traveling and stopping by this specific location. The staff member who served us was rude. Our pita chips were served cold, and when we went back up to ask about it, two employees completely refused to acknowledge our presence. I visited later in the evening, and several food selections were already unavailable, which limited my options. While I understand that availability can decrease as the day goes on, I was more disappointed by the customer service I received.
