Went for the first time here and loved my "make it yourself" bowl! My favorite thing about this place that all the ingredients are fresh and tasty. Great variety of sauces, dips and add ons. My family and I absolutely love CAVA. We are frequent customers because we appreciate the variety, the freshness, and the fact that everyone can customize their bowls exactly the way they want. We always have amazing experiences at our local CAVA back home. Unfortunately, we had a completely different experience while traveling and stopping by this specific location. The staff member who served us was rude. Our pita chips were served cold, and when we went back up to ask about it, two employees completely refused to acknowledge our presence. I was disappointed with my recent experience at Cava in East Brunswick, NJ on Thursday, June 18, 2026 around 9:20p. I visited later in the evening, and several food selections were already unavailable, which limited my options. While I understand that availability can decrease as the day goes on, I was more disappointed by the customer service I received.
