I did a catering order to pick up at 6:15 only chose 615 because Chick-fil-A is never ready on time when you have a catering order. This day was no different. I arrived at 6:21 and left at 6:45. Nothing special about the chicken biscuits. They were fresh. They were warm. The restaurant did give me the condiments that I had asked for and they were the Chick-fil-A politeness.

I didn’t have an interaction with her in store, but !!!!!APRIL!!!!! !!!!!ARMSTRONG!!!!! is absolutely the kindest person I’ve met in a long time. After our interaction, she was kind enough to give me two cards for complimentary food! It’s one thing to be kind in your role, but to still portray the values and mannerisms she did-away from it, makes it very clear that she is a wonderful person. She deserves recognition for her hard work, as well as her exceptional character. 🩷

Most chick-fil-a’s you go to you’re made to feel at home not this one. Every time I interacted with someone they made me feel as though I was bothering them. Whether it’s an eye-roll or a shoulder shrug body language tells all. If I wanted that kind of service I could have just gone to McDonald’s and saved a couple of bucks. At least the food was good.
