Greeted when we came in. Service was good despite it only being one person waiting on all the tables. Sitting people, and taking to go orders. I felt bad for her. She was very attentive and made sure we had everything. She also kept us updated on the wait.

I decided to meet my parents while they were out this morning before they headed out of town. I wanted to come eat breakfast with their first grandbaby who just turned 9 months old. The server (African American woman with short buzz cut: dyed blonde) was very impatient, speaking quickly- and got extremely frustrated whilst slamming down menus on another table when I said, "Give me just one second" as I tried to decide what sides me and my baby could share. We stopped at this IHOP for a late lunch. We were amazed at the number of items on the menu. I had the 55+ breakfast and my wife had the BLT. All of our food was very good and served promptly. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere would be fine, except it looks poorly maintained. Items laying around on the counter.
