I've not been here before. I ordered a veggie wrap and it was barely a micron thick layer of guac and one slice of cheese. It was a lettuce burrito. The manager really didn't care that I didn't like it. The workers were more interested in their conversations than being helpful. Didn't like the location at the corner of a busy intersection.

What a great staff. I was greeted immediately as I walked in. Ordered sandwiches to go for a group of us that was having a picnic. The place was spotless. Sandwiches were delicious and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend it.

I walked in and they acknowledge I was there like they do. I waited 5 min before I walked out because they were more interested in their online orders than a walk in customer. They wouldn’t even take my order and nobody was in line. I think this is a new thing with Jimmy John’s because same thing happened at another location. I’m not going there anymore.
