The lady there that works nights sometime is very rude I waited 7 mins at the drive thru speaker and nothing was said after saying hello? Worst Jack in the Box ever it takes forever to get your order and then it’s not right. I waited for 20 minutes and the drive-through was even closed. The three workers in the back just were talking to each other and cutting up. I ended up being late for work. This is crazy. Definitely need better service

This is the best shark in a box around, apparently, because when I go, we have to wait through the drive through for at least 10 minutes, there's only 3 workers in there at a time working the drive through and working the walk inside their food is hot fresh. However, the line and the weight is forever. Recommended for good hot food made to order what you want.

“Mánager” named Rafael doesn’t seem much of a manager. Threaten me to call police because his workers couldn’t take an order. This is the worst jack n a box experience I have ever had. Very disappointing. I love there food but idk if I will be going back now.
