How is this place always out of Bo bites I ask can I wait and was told that they won’t have nun untill later. I ordered a chicken sandwich my mouth on fire it’s really spicy and it’s not what I wanted… I dined in but u got to do better

This restaurant has really gone down hill as far as customer service. I truly hate the AI voice at the speaker who make ordering very difficult. Then you get to the window and have to repeat your order to get it right and given another total. The young people at the window need more training, and need not to handle drink lids and food after touching money. The only positive is my fries were hot.

Typically, Bojangles is a solid choice for fast food, with tasty traditional fried chicken and consistently satisfying sides—aside from the macaroni and cheese, which sometimes misses the mark. This time, I decided to try something different and ordered the Bo Rounds, macaroni and cheese, and hot wings. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to my expectations. When I arrived, the restaurant was empty, yet it still took about 20 to 25 minutes to receive my order. We got fries instead on Bo Rounds. Why is it when you get coffee at the drive through they won't add your cream and sugar? Your driving for heaven's sake. So you have to drive and add your cream and sugar while driving. Then when I do get the lid off the coffee is to full to add anything. This is the main reason I dont do Bojangles very often.
