This is the cleanest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been in. My food was made to order, it was just dry and appeared to have all been precooked and recently put together. Cashier Brenda was friendly, greeted each customer with a smile, assured both the drive thru and in-house effectively. While I waited for my food, she kept busy cleaning, probably the reason the place was spotless.

Stopped here on a road trip to grab a quick bite and take a break, and it ended up being a great stop. The food was fresh, came out fast, and the prices were really reasonable. Jamie at the counter was especially helpful and took the time to recommend some of the most popular menu items, which made ordering easy. Everything tasted great and the service was friendly. The Green Burrito was surprisingly good. I remember going to these restaurants with my dad in the 1990s (before Carl’s Jr. took over). I decided to visit this location and get a standard green burrito with steak for old time’s sale. Pretty darn good actually for a fast food steak burrito. I am newer to the Stevenson Ranch area and have been to this Carl's Jr. location a few times now. I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service I have received, particularly from these staff members: Jamie - Jamie is such a warm-hearted radiant soul with a vibrant energy. Her mere presence lights up the room along with her beautiful smile. I have had the opportunity to chat with her when it is not busy and her authenticity/genuine nature is refreshing.
