This place is going downhill bad.. today is 5-12-26 I go to this location every day before work. Simple order. Medium iced coffee black and a donut. I got the nastiest attitude from a lady over the headset and at the window. This is the third time from the same young lady.. She needs to learn how to talk to people!! Also, why is management allowing this kind of behavior?

Trying to order Starry bottled drink in the drive thru and was told that they don’t carry Sprite product. I told them that Starry is a Pepsi product and it’s also on the drive-thru menu. The girl working the drive-through was dismissive and rude and totaled the order without letting me finish ordering. At the window that she kept telling me that Starry is a sprite product , not wanting to hear from me that it’s Pepsi and it is advertised. i don't even leave reviews but the girl at the window was really rude for no reason just now looked at me like i had 3 heads when i tried to hand her my phone for apple pay even though i come here all the time and give them my phone after they give me the total just an unnecessary attitude over a small issue she couldve just confirmed if i was using apple pay or not instead of giving me a crazy look and shrugging her hands im really not gonna come here again cause there is clearly some immature rude ppl working the drive thru that think they can act any way towards people

What part of “light ice” is hard to understand? I paid $1 for light ice, and you still filled it with ice.
