This review is for the General Manager and customers. I made a purchase thru the drive thru on 6/3/2026 at 12:03pm. I asked about the Wednesday Whopper deal and one of the workers (a lady) said they don't have that deal. And I asked if she was sure. She said they don't have it there or at any other location. I download the app and I show her that there is a code. And she still said that they don't do that. That the deal is over. I told her but its on the app and with your location. Drive through is always good. They changed the walk in with Kiosks unfortunately I will not waste time using my bank card and pay cash. Seems like simple courtesy is gone. They ignore you until you are ready to pay.

When I was at Burger King ordering through the drive through this women who was light skinned and a bit overweight with light brown hair with a mic piece, she also had small eyes. She had my card wrapped up in a receipt with coupons little did I know it had my 3 digit numbers of card peaking out and I saw her looking at my card number as if she was stealing my information because after yesterday. I was charged 8.11$ on amazon marketplace. I’ve never once ever shopped on amazon marketplace. Not only that transaction never showed up in my amazon history. That I reported the transaction stolen. I waited in the drive thru line for 30 min. They told me to come inside and order. I went inside and it was taking another 10 min to even order. 1 guy working the drive thru. 1 guy working the kitchen. I will never waste my time at burger King again. They are not worth the wait!
