Every time I visit this location, Marqwesha takes my order and she is always incredibly kind and efficient. She consistently provides top-tier customer service and truly sets the standard for how customers should be treated. Marqwesha definitely deserves a raise—she’s a perfect example of excellence in customer service.

Made my chicken wrong. Did not put lettuce nor my extra mayo on then, when I went back through the drive through to ask them the remake it.I was nice about it, and then they proceeded to tell me next time stop at the speaker. We're very busy tonight, didn't even apologize. I will be calling both tomorrow and corporate office for this. I visit this mcdonald's very often.I live right down the street from it. Don't get me wrong. They do have good workers there. But tonight, the manager herself was a jerk. And I will be reporting this incident in the morning

The food was alright, definitely been sitting, employees were rude and gave dirty looks and just threw everything in the bags and box and didn't put the lid on all the way on my son's orange juice. I get they have a time limit they have to meet but customers needs should be met neatly not thrown..

Go down the road and get something else because I've visited this place a handful of times and they always make mistakes. For example, I'll get no french fries with my kids' Happy Meal, or no apple slices, or the wrong number of chicken nuggets or chicken strips, smh. Those people are very bad at their job, unfortunately, and the Sprite doesn't taste good; they need to have the machine cleaned. I know its not McDonald's fault, but who ever runs this location has to do better.
