I am not a fan of Dunkin Donuts coffe or Dunkin Donuts in general, but on occasion when I do go, I pick this location rather than one 2 minutes from my house because this location has great service, great staff. Never a long wait whether you are in the drive through or walk in, always fast friendly service.

Sandwiches are great at Dunkin’ with their recent additions. Sourdough sandwich with pesto and tomatoes is the best and better than lot of other expensive coffee shops or fast food places. Cappuccino is good as usual and for the dine in they maintained it neatly with lot of tables inside and outside. Good parking lot and conveniently located on Main Street Tewksbury

EVERY single time we get frosted donuts, this is what happens 😡. You can tell this location makes their own donuts and frosting; if that’s the case, then you need to understand that because it’s FRESH, frosted donuts should be placed in the bags right side up😑. Instead, they just throw the donut in the bag. Same if you get more than one donut, they NEVER place the frosted one on top. Workers are terrible and rude. Either they are giving attitude for no other reason than they hate their jobs or they just act flat our rude. When they get your order wrong (which is often) they blame it on you at the window and say rude and disrespectful things to your face.
