This is by far the best Carrot Express I have visited. The attention to detail and customer service are exceptional. Manuel, the manager, provided outstanding service when I accidentally ordered a dish with the wrong ingredients. He was incredibly kind and replaced it at no extra cost. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and genuinely customer focused. Experiences like this create loyal customers, and I will definitely keep coming back. Thank you, Manuel, and your excellent team!

This place was underwhelming at best. Such a shame because I expected so much more. Let’s get into it. I ordered the Mediterranean Herb Salad with Salmon. It sounds delicious, but at $17 for the base salad, and $13 for the salmon to be added, this was NOT worth $30. The portion was too small for the big ticket price and the flavor just did not pack the punch as it should have. My son ordered the Cesar Chicken Wrap and he said it was ok. The price, a hefty $17 for a small wrap. I can’t see this place lasting very long at these outrageous prices and small portions. My opinion, skip it and fi

I visited Carrot Express at London Square early on a Sunday morning after dropping the car off at Costco Tire Center and was looking for a good breakfast spot. The service was excellent, the place is very clean, and everything felt fresh and well-prepared. I ordered a Golden Turmeric Latte with coconut milk and sugar-free vanilla. It wasn’t my favorite, but it was still okay—I might try it with regular milk next time. Had an unexpectedly great dining experience here! The name Carrot Express is a misnomer, they have alot more than carrots! Lol Maybe they should consider renaming/rebranding it? Had the tasty lentil soup, Grilled Chicken Platter with Cilantro Brown Rice and crispy golden brown tostones, and Vegan Banana Bread. All these exceeded my expectations! Andrea & Miguel here gave great service, and there's also modern touch screen pads to order, and very cool, clean rest rooms. Highly recommend!
