This place is horrible. I didn't even know what the new drink was. They just gave me some other bullshit. I asked for a zero-sugar energy drink; they gave me some random raspberry lemonade with a bunch of sugar. Terrible. The drive-thru was not working. I have to come around and get down. Do not recommend that; please don't visit this one. Go to a better one if any Dunkin' Donuts is 3.9 and under, don't even bother.

Hard to get in and out with parking and traffic - not a quick stop. Unfortunately, my drink (just a hazelnut flavored whole milk latte) was one of the worst coffees I've ever had in my life. I ended up dumping it - no amount of sugar would fix the terrible bitter water flavor. Something may be wrong with the machine. And the counter server seemed like she could not have wanted to be there less - poor thing. Very annoyed at my questions to explain a few "dunkin-style" drinks. (Visit 5/12/26)

I frequently visit this location as it is near my job, the staff need more training when it comes to sanitation. Twice I have encounter the staff rub their nose or face with gloves on and continue to prepare and touch food without changing their gloves.

I love Dunkin’ because their coffee is always warm, flavorful, and I feel like I’d die without it. Their donuts and pastries are so delicious that every bite feels like a little moment of happiness.
