This is my first time at 7brew here in illinois. it was absolutely amazing! everybody is super sweet and hardworking. I got the large iced cinnamon roll and it was only $7.70! I’m super excited to go here lots. It was super quick to get your order in too. Thank you 7brew & brew crew for being amazing.

This used to be the best Dunkin in the area. It seems as the the customer service has completely changed. In the past the drive through staff was always pleasant and welcoming. Now they are surly. I will be avoiding this location in the future based on my last few visits. I added a picture of how the breakfast wrap came in the bag. The way the clerks had handled it spoke volumes of how much they truly do not care. The icing on the cake was the fact they could not bother to put one napkin in the bag.

Don’t ask for less ice because you’ll get half of cup of ice that leaves you with 3/4 cup of coffee. If you call to ask why they didn’t put less ice all you get is some lady giving you a lame answer and then you get hung up on. I went to a different Dunkin Donuts to see if I’d get the same amount of ice. They actually gave me less ice.So Besides reporting them I am also going to post and pass on what ignorant, rood, ripoff they are.
