I was craving a root beer. stopped by the Tulare location. I paid $4.95 for a lg. because I was not dining in I poured my root beer into my stanly cup. When i tried to get my free refill employe named Rosalie G (the name on my receipt) turned off the soda machine. When asked her why she did that she said she saw me pour my drink it my other cup. I tried to explain to her that a refill is a refill regardless of where you drink it. She robbed me of my refill. What really grinds my gears is that food and drinks are so expensive. Employees should not be rude !! I will never buy anything from A&W.
