I’ve had problems with my order the last few times I’ve been to this location. Today I ordered a toasted bagel with extra cream cheese. I mentioned the extra cream cheese twice and was charged for it. I received a bagel that had been toasted very briefly and had so little cream cheese it didn’t even cover the surface of the bagel. The cream cheese was also watery, maybe because it was such a small amount and the bagel was like warm. I guess I’ll be going out of my way to the other location on hwy 82 to see if they’re any better. I cannot recommend this location.

11/23/2025 - At 4pm on Sunday, no lines inside or out. The cup was full of ice from top to bottom. Sept. 8, 2024 I walked in on a Sunny Sunday just as 4 young ladies were walking out. I didn't notice a line in the drive thru and the speed of my order was good. They still need to work on consistency of their measurements as my chai was a little short. My sandwich was made fresh and hot. The apple cider donut was fresh, never a problem with the donuts. May 1, 2024 Over 20 mins for a walk-in mobile order. Why is the dining area locked at 7am in the morning? We wanted to go in to order so we can actually see what kind of donuts were available, we were told it was drive-thru only. Why?
