Two things to know: - the parking is horrible due to sharing parking with the movie theatre - they are always understaffed However, I keep coming back. I ordered my drinks online for pickup and still ended up waiting an unreasonably long time after arriving inside. While waiting, I could clearly hear staff in the back loudly using vulgar language, which was extremely unprofessional. I also noticed completed drinks (that ended up being mine) sitting on the kitchen counter while no employee was present at the front. All staff appeared to be in the back, and it became clear my order had been forgotten or ignored. First time here. Doesn't seem to be your typical classic boba shop... but they do offer some other amazing drinks and flavors! We ordered a brown sugar milk tea, mango tango with boba, and a strawberry matcha latte with boba. I really loved my matcha! Not too sweet even with added boba. Would definitely be back to try some other options.
