While waiting, I could clearly hear staff in the back loudly using vulgar language, which was extremely unprofessional. I also noticed completed drinks (that ended up being mine) sitting on the kitchen counter while no employee was present at the front. All staff appeared to be in the back, and it became clear my order had been forgotten or ignored. We ordered a brown sugar milk tea, mango tango with boba, and a strawberry matcha latte with boba. I really loved my matcha! Not too sweet even with added boba. Would definitely be back to try some other options.
