I ordered grande, there was almost no meat in the crunch wrap supreme I ordered. It should have been doubled. When I called to get a refund I was told to drive back in to get the refund personally. Great customer service. Taco bell isn't the bastion of food excellence by any means. I assumed they could atleast take a moment to correct a customers bad experience after making the order wrong. I guess not. This location has 3.7 stars on Google reviews at the time of my experience. I guess I should have checked the reviews first. My mistake. I tipped the cashier, too. They say "first impressions don't get a second chance". I was pretty impressed with this Taco Bell. We ordered at the kiosk and sat down to wait for our food. We were in at the in between lunch and dinner rush, so it wasn't too busy. The employees that were on staff were busily taking and filling orders. ​I had a terrible experience at this location regarding a major glitch with the Taco Bell app and an incredibly rude employee. The app completely messed up my order—instead of processing a single order, it duplicated it, added extra items I never selected, and overcharged me. ​When I got to the drive-thru window, I tried to calmly explain the situation and ask about the double charge.
