I ask you… How hard is it to count to 8 ? Used their app for the first time and placed a 8pc family dinner. Based on some of the reviews for this location,I made sure I received a correct order. Glad I did because they had my cold coleslaw mixed with my hot sides. Okay I fixed that before I left the store. Apparently I should have counted the chicken pics cause I was shorted 1 pcs, a drumstick.. so not a big deal, but I paid for 8 pc dinner not a 7 pc. Maybe if they were paying attention instead of screwing around, but what can one expect… The sad part is this was the 1st time trying KF

Dirty! A server purposely didn't wear gloves and picked my food with her hands. Prior to preparing my order, I saw her wearing plastic gloves while preparing another customer's order. However, when it came to my order, no plastic gloves were put on. So while preparing my order I noticed her scratching her head and pants. I saw her grab part of my order with her bare hands and she appeared to burn herself. She was more concerned with touching my food bare handed than her own safety. Malicious! I then watched her grab tongs by the handle and then purposely grab the tips of the tongs with her

2.2 stars is 2 stars too many. I've had better service at a Krystal and a more pleasant experience at a Chick-fil-A on a Sunday. The food portions were the best part. The taste was mediocre, the drinks were bad and a cardboard cutout would have had more personality than the staff.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I was driving by and stopped to get food. Just ordered food and waited for over 20 minutes and when I left the have no sauce and missing sides and different sandwich in the bag. What is going with these people???? KFC is just making the money from the people and they don't care about anything else.
