The lighting is like an interrogation room. At 7:00 am the bathroom was already dirty, toilet paper strewn on the floor, pubic hair and urine on the rim of the toilet. The place was empty, still the table I sat at was dirty, rings of previous customers’ drinks visible on the table surface. The music was loud and playing a local radio station, commercials, horrible 80’s music, and nattering radio hosts. As a company can’t Dunkin’ afford to create playlists for its stores?
