On a recent trip to Maine, we stopped at the LongHorn Steakhouse for lunch. The location is perfect, right next to the highway. We did have a bit of a wait before someone noticed us at the host stand, but once we were seated, the rest of the experience was excellent. Our server was great. My steak was cooked perfectly and served with delicious mashed potatoes and corn. The shrimp was also good. It's a solid choice for a meal if you're traveling through the area.

I’m very disappointed with this location! I have been going to Longhorn steakhouse for over 20 years and this is the worst experience over and over at this location! My steak is never cooked right! This is the 5th time and this time I didn’t even bother going back to get it fixed! I’m always given a raw steak that is not chewable! I even wrote in the “special instructions” section of my take out order to make sure I didn’t get the thickest steak that’s never cooked properly. Not a big steakhouse person but this place has something for everyone. I always order the salmon salad and the salmon comes out moist every time. Great wine selection too. Everyone is super friendly but ask for the server Marcus, he’s a kind, sweet man that is fun to talk to.

Visited Longhorn to celebrate my dad’s 60th birthday. Matt was a phenomenal server who created a warm and welcoming environment, as well as walked us through each dish with knowledge of the courses that could be on par with a fine dining experience. Drinks and food were excellent, the filets melted like butter in our mouths and were seasoned perfectly, but my favorite part was the ice cream sundae at the end that was given on the house to celebrate. Will definitely be back!
