I came to pick up an order to deliver. I met a small gentleman about 5 feet Spanish very. concerning very disrespectful aggressive, he did not like that. I told him I need to take the picture. I need to have to order with the drink. He wouldn’t let me take a picture of the order unless he held onto it, which I do not understand as I was leaving he told me you’re welcome, passive aggressive for no reason he was rude and disrespectful from the get-go. I’m a community member. I would not go to that Jack in the box. Imagine how you treat the customers very Zesty individual

I don't like to leave bad reviews because I know they work hard every day to serve customers and give their best, but this time I waited 25 minutes to be served. The cashier just kept staring at me. I asked her twice if she could help me, but she wouldn't, so I decided to leave.

The absolute WORST jack n the box I’ve ever been to. Their fries are always cold .. NEVER FRESH. The service is horrible! Everyone always has an attitude. They don’t listen nor do they take orders well. I don’t know if the drive thru speaker is messed up but my orders have all been WRONG and cold the few times that I have been to this specific location. Do not recommend at all a complete waste of money and time.

Beware they will overcharge you, mess up your order, and not give you a receipt. Employee just trying to make money for the company. Even ask you to move back in the drive thru so they can keep their numbers up.
