I am so very disappointed with my visit. I thought I was ordering an item that was displayed on the window for $5 but got charged a little extra for it and when I asked why, both employees said that the price went up. ' why do you still have it posted outside' I asked. The guy couldn't fully explain because he had to keep leaving me to drop food (very under staffed) he didn't ask me what type of drink I wanted, he just gave me what ever. He forgot the fries that went with the 'prices just changed' meal. The dining room was a mess so I didn't want to sit and eat so I told him it was take out.

I would give it more stars, but the staff was great! Helpful, patient and courteous. Kept the cleanliness a priority and never showed frustration even when impossible customers walked in. Great 1st time at a Jack in the Box. Set the bar for the rest.

I went through the drive-through ordered my food paid for it was told to park on the side and wait for our food waited over 15 minutes. No one came to deliver our food went in the store and asked where our food was. They said what food where is your receipt? Went back into the car to get my receipt showed them. They said they gave it to a different car didn’t even compensate us in anyway for all that waiting and looked at us like we were at fault they made our food again and my onion rings were burnt terrible service unfriendly workers Very disappointing

Got my entire order wrong. Asked for a double jack with no mayo, mustard, ketchup or American cheese. I paid extra to substitute swiss and smash sauce onto the burger. Also ordered 2x 6 piece Reaper mozzarella sticks. Instead I received the standard double jack with everything I didn't want on it, and nothing I paid extra for on it. They also gave me 2x 4 piece of regular mozzarella sticks with the inside completely melted out and hollow shells.
