How sad that this Jack in the box does not understand what a protein style burger is. Instead of putting it on letuce or wrapping it in letuce, they just dumped a patty into a bowl. The grilled onions are practically raw and are nowhere near being grilled.

Deliberately got my order wrong after repeating it back to me several times. This was suppose to be a grilled spur dough. It taste like I was eating regular soft, Jon crispy bread. Customer service wore a grimace when I approached the counter to ask for an actual sweet cream coffee. I was given regular coffee twice, after being apologized to about that. I realized there wasn't any sweetness to the coffee. So for her entertainment she replaced my bitter coffee for an even bitter coffee. I wish people had the ability to see beyond color. It's pure ignorance when my food has to be mediocre due

Save your money do not buy this new Jack in the Box sandwich. I got it as a combo meal medium for $7.31. The "secret" will remain secret as they barely put any on the sandwich. It was almost non existent. Also the size of the sandwich was that of a child's cheeseburger. I hate when the picture on the menu doesn't live up to the food you get. Don't buy this you can get it cheaper at McDonald's with lettuce and even spicy if you want. Instead get a couple orders of their 2 tacos for $1.29, thats better.
