Every time I visit this Burger King, Marvin delivers outstanding customer service. Over the past three months, I’ve come here several times, and I’ve been fortunate enough to be helped by him on multiple occasions. He consistently goes above and beyond to make every guest feel valued. Even though I don’t know him personally, he always greets me with genuine appreciation and positive energy. My order was wrong. Instead of bacon egg and cheese biscuits, we were given burritos. Not too worried about that, however, my husband and I both had medium drinks. Diet coke and lemonade. Both had a very alcoholic taste. So, either there was lots of chemicals in the line from the fountain, or they just haven't been cleaning them. One sip and we dumped both drinks out the window. This was June 15th 2026. Complete waste of money, fyi, he tried eating the burritos. Very weird sauce he said. The woman at the drive thru was nice at least.

Dude had my food and just started naming numbers 35-44. Mine was 44. Waited 20 mins for it and only half the order was on the pan. The other half of the food was just sitting in their hot pan for 45 mins. Should've looked at the ratings before coming here.

Came in lobby at noon waited 25 minutes for a #5 & 1 kids meal. They had one person on counter one on drive thru one in kitchen but not one was hustling....slow motion. There was 2 customers orders waiting in front. Don't come unless you got time to wait.
