I have gone to this dunkin quite a few times and there is something wrong or done poorly 95% of the time. I think my biggest grievance is paying almost $6 for one of their sandwiches and always having it cold (cheese is never even close to melted and the croissant is barely cooked). This has happened every time I get it and for some reason I keep hoping it will be made right (never again). I try to give places a fair chance and this location is convenient and has good prices. I just can’t come here anymore. It takes 15 minutes to get my simple food and drink when there’s only 2 cars ahead of me in line. They also made my drink using a dirty stir spoon and it tasted like another drink. I had to ask for a remake. Ownership needs to really work on this place.

Chloe is a great employee and is always very nice to me and gets my order right every time. I mean I literally come to this Dunkin nearly every morning for breakfast. But whoever that other lady was who was working this morning 12/30 at 11:45 am was not nice at all. I waited in line for 15 minutes after telling them I had a mobile order. There have been way too many crew member changes at this location over the last year. There used to be an outstanding team that was bubbly and friendly every morning, that translated to quick service and a returning customer. Lately, the last few rounds of team members have become less and less friendly and social-able and more delayed in getting orders done. I have tried putting in my mobile orders earlier and earlier before my commute, but to no avail has my order been done consistently on time.
