My God, they claim to know English and you have to repeat what you ask a thousand times and they get upset because you repeat the order. If the client says OF THE MOMENT IT IS OF THE BLESSED MOMENT IT IS FRESH NOT WHEN YOU ARRIVE GIVE ME THE CHICKENS FROM THE SHOWCASE. The categories to review comes in handy for reviewing this place. Firstly, there is bullet proof glass separating the friendly staff from the public. Whether the neighborhood is dangerous or not I'm not certain. But too often beggars are just outside. Anyway, the staff is friendly. I ordered fish sandwich combo. Fish sandwich on a bun with French fries and a can of soft drink. The fish sandwich was nice and hot. The French fries super cold and old. Guys, you must stop serving fries that way. I been coming here for awhile. Tonight was my last time here. The lady taking orders had no idea what she is doing. I have been ordering 3 piece all dark meat and replacing fries with a mac-n-cheese. She would not allow this but had an obvious hearing problem; which didn't help the situation. There is more to this, but on an end note I will never return after this experience tonight... a true shame.
