Really wonderful experience today on Easter Saturday. The gentleman (maybe the manager) was very polite and clearly very passionate about his service and helping the younger staff members. He checked in on us and a few other customers to make sure they were enjoying their meal. He gave my son an Easter egg and another older man a few items on the house. Loved our burgers and rolls, really delicious fries too. Was such a great experience for my first time at Red Rooster in years.

I had a small issue with an order recently and not only did the duty manager call me to apologise, but also the francisee owner. They made sure to fix the issue and even went above and beyond. The food had always been fresh and hot and this was the first time ive had an issue with my order and I was extremely impressed with how it was handled.

I made a mobile order and 5 minutes before i arrived i swiped on the app to say that i had arrived and got a confirmation email that my order was being made. After waiting 40 minutes i asked if the order was being made and they said they had no idea there was an order. After receiving my order and taking it home i realised that they had drenched what was suppose to be an ordinary piece of crunchy chicken with hot sauce so i was unable to eat it and the corn fritters that was made hot were rock hard when i bit into them and there was no potato in the potato and gravy.
