Great donuts for a great price. The service is great, the owner is very attentive and accommodating. We got apple fritter, cheddar and chive scones and tea. Everything was soft, moist and well flavoured. Highly recommended. Definitely will come back.

My favorite part about Ajax. Reading some of the negative reviews, the one term brought up a few times is that the donuts are stale. Over the two years I've come to visit, I almost always get a donut and not once did "stale" cross my mind. When I bite in to my donut I'm met with a crispy outer layer with a softer inside. Is that what people are calling stale? I get if the inside of the donut were hardened but that crispier outer layer seems by design. I ordered through Ubereats, I ordered Brownie, they didn't notify me they don't have brownie beforehand, instead, they give me something I don't eat at all!!! The whole point for me to order is because I want to eat brownie. Why didn't you communicate beforehand and waste my money??? Please refund me!!!

I love seeing mom and pop donut shops still around. The service was great, and the donut selection was simple, which I actually enjoyed. It's a nice change from all these fancy flavors we have out there. The prices were reasonable. My favorite was the apple fritter and they had some bits as well.
