Over the two years I've come to visit, I almost always get a donut and not once did "stale" cross my mind. When I bite in to my donut I'm met with a crispy outer layer with a softer inside. Is that what people are calling stale? I get if the inside of the donut were hardened but that crispier outer layer seems by design. The whole point for me to order is because I want to eat brownie. Why didn't you communicate beforehand and waste my money??? Please refund me!!!
