Always long queues, delays, terrible service. I've given this place a chance many times because it's close to my home, but it's much quicker to go to another Tim Hortons 5 km away.

Don't be fooled by the good reviews. This is by far the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to which is sad because many years ago it used to be the best. Staff rude, slow, doesn't read the monitors correctly. Food is either cold, wrong, not ever available or in poor quality or very small. Sandwiches always made wrong and never fresh. Filled donuts have the slightest bit of cream in them. You will wait for your order. Usually about 20 minutes. There's been a couple times I've waited for an hour. I have been many times, and now it is slow. I have never waited so long for food before at Tim Hortons. What happened? Did they change the administration? Aside from that, they used to have bilingual staff, but not anymore. What did you folks change?
