This location has been going down hill recently. Today, May 10, 2026 visit started out poorly. The young woman taking my order was distracted by something behind the counter and paid attention more to that than taking my order. We sat at a small table with 4 arm chairs that seemed to be the cleanest but was dirty. When I asked to have it cleaned I was handed a towel wetted by sink water. I did wipe the table and dry with paper napkins. I was served a dry muffin and stale brownie. The floors were dirty with spilled liquids and paper debris. I had a disappointing experience with my Chai Tea. The first cup was poorly made, so I asked for it to be remade. Unfortunately, the second one was even worse—it was so watery that it barely tasted like chai. However, I really want to appreciate Supervisor Saurav. He listened to my concern, personally made a fresh Chai Tea for me, and it tasted much better. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made a big difference. Thank you, Saurav, for turning a bad experience into a better one. Tim Hortons needs more supervisors like him.

Get it together! It seems it is impossible to order a classic scrambled egg and bacon wrap.. EVERY time I get handed the farmers wrap, that absolutely disgusting abomination that is stuff full of potato mush! You can't even pick it out of the wrap to make it edible. I know I know...it's a "hash brown"... um no, it WAS a hash brown, now it is a paste of egg, potato bits and nearly raw bacon that is more like a paper thin strip of fat than meat. I see below there is someone that like the potato in theirs and they didn't get it... I say your lucky, but, to my point, this is a common thing... and
