Even though this location is very busy because it’s near downtown Barrie, the staff are amazing and very cooperative. When I order at the drive-thru, they already know my taste and sometimes even confirm my usual order. That really makes me feel valued and cared for as a customer. Update - Tim's Customer Service sent a bot answer to a useless help page with "articles" for assistance below. Need a human to reach out. Tim's You Suck for customer care!! Placed an order at the drive through, the person coded the order incorrectly in the register, so it overcharged me $18 instead of $10 for my order. I noticed and they said they'd refund back onto the gift card I paid with, gave me a receipt for the refund, and charged my credit card($10) as they said the $18 takes a day to go back on the gift card. The refund never came. Stopped in store no help, contacted Tim Horton Cus
