No line up at the drive-thru and waited for nearly 30 minutes at the window on a beautiful sunny saturday. Staff was not helpful, worked like he didn’t care and got our two whole orders wrong. He also said that he was unable to give us the receipt because he either didn’t know how to or the machine was broken… A former complained will be done and this location should definitely be checked out by the district manager. Worst Tim Horton experience

Terrible location like many other Tim Hortons. You place an online order via the mobile app. Waited for nearly an hour, couldn’t find the order couldn’t refund, can’t do anything. Completely useless. Never got my order and wasted my money completely. The employee had no idea how to do anything, smiled and said he can’t touch the cash. PS, everyone should know Tim Hortons support makes you jump through hoops, recommends you go back to the location or bribes you with points to compensate. They will never refund you!!!! Ever!!! Never going back to Tim Hortons, that was the last straw.

Very bad service at this place. First of all i placed an online order and when I went to pick up they didnt even know they had an online order. When i got there they checked for 5mins qnd tells me one of the order is not available. Waste of my time going here
