I’ve had repeated issues with the service at this Tim Hortons. On May 28, 2026, I ordered at 5:58 a.m., but didn’t receive my breakfast until after 6:15 a.m., an 18 to 20-minute delay. This is the second time this has happened, the first being about a month ago. When I tried to speak to the manager, Basal, and to Pam, the staff preparing my food, I was met with rudeness. They shouted at me, telling me that if I was in a rush, I shouldn’t come there. This is unacceptable behavior, and it’s the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I hope management takes this seriously and improves both

June 22,2026 9:30 a.m. Order took a pretty long time (aprox. 15-20+ mins) (ordered omelette bites, Boston Cream Donut, medium iced capp so no not a complicated order with a whack of modifications lol). However, aside from that, the service and atmosphere was friendly. I overheard an employee asking other employees if they had been checking kiosk orders (I had ordered on the kiosk) so I question if that is what contributed to the long wait time. Oh well, things happen and thankfully I wasn't in too much of a hurry but perhaps something to consider for future reference. Shout out to Danielle (

I had a really pleasant experience at this Tim Hortons location. The young man who served me was extremely kind, welcoming, and had a great sense of humour. It honestly made my visit much more enjoyable and left a very positive impression. Friendly customer service like that is what makes people want to come back. I have been trying to write this review for so long but I couldn’t get my gmail to work. I want to give a sincere shout out to Swetthang who works at the Tims across from Shoppers on Bridge. I have been going to this location for well over a year. He has become the friendly face that is always welcoming after a long evening shift I have worked. He is always professional and personable with a great sense of humour. Any employer would be so lucky to have such an excellent employee. Thanks for being such a great guy!
